Vegetarian Fresh Pasta Meal Kit
8 to 10 Plates of Pasta
A selection of our signature fresh pasta & homemade sauces providing circa
8 - 10 plates of pasta (125 - 150g per portion).
We like to serve our Artichoke & Truffle Ravioli simply with butter, sage and grated Grana Padano. While our homemade Arrabbiata pairs perfectly with fresh Pappardelle, our creamy Mushroom Sauce is traditionally served with fresh Casarecce.
FRESH ARTICHOKE & TRUFFLE RAVIOLI
Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling, reduce to a
medium simmer. Add Ravioli and cook for around 4 minutes or longer if
necessary. Remove with a slotted spoon or use a colander.
Add the pasta to a pan with melted butter or chosen, heated sauce. Carefully
combine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Plate up and finish with
freshly grated Grana Padano
FRESH PAPPARDELLE & CASARECCE
Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling, reduce to a
medium simmer. Add the pasta and cook for around 2 - 3 minutes until al dente.
HOMEMADE ARRABBIATA & MUSHROOM SAUCE
Warm the sauce on low heat in a pan until heated through. Add cooked pasta to the sauce
and mix until fully incorporated. Plate with freshly grated Grana Padano.
STORAGE
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date. Pasta and sauces can be frozen for up to 3 months. Cook pasta straight from frozen and add 1 – 2 minutes to the cooking time. Defrost the sauce thoroughly before reheating according to cooking instructions.
